On time delivery and quality product as advertised. Practical and well designed.

I've ordered 3 incharge x, one of each color as well as charger and in charge xl (3m). All of them are exceptional quality and super good,
I had an issue with beuge and blue short cable, but support asked me to send a video where it happens and after that send a replacement.
The issue was minor one, cables delivered 60w instead of 100w of charging.
Also my laptop does not see my iphone with short cables, will see if this still happens after replacement.
Anyway I am very happy about the cables because even 60w without phone connectivity is great. Now I can charge anything.

Super high quality. Tiny enough to carry everywhere with me on my travels. It's the best and most versatile multi cable I've found anywhere. Wish the cover cap was attached so I don't lose it.

I've already given my review, so am keeping my star rating at 4, but I wanted to reiterate what several other reviewers have expressed. The fulfilment of the order was poor. Long transit times and very limited information in the tracking system. Terrific product, but I think the company needs to improve its fulfilment system.

I ordered the Tau and Mount using ShopPay with checkout and Rolling Square continues to put the unit address line in front of the main address line AND the wrong zip code so it keeps getting lost or sent back by USPS. You would think that after the first time I let them know they had the address wrong (I checked and I input it correctly), that they’d do it correctly the second time. Nope; they made the same mistake twice and the only reason I know this is because I took an hour to call USPS myself to find the issues. Their customer service kept telling me to figure it out myself and refuses to give me a refund after MANY rounds of emails.

Where is negative star rating when you need one, worst online order for the price charged. From order confirmation last 3 Dec 2022, shipment still in transit since 24 Dec 2022 and going on. It must have reached Mars by now. 🙄🙄🙄 Won't recommend, can't give feedback about the product since it has not been delivered YET. 😒😒😒

A good product but can improve it.
Certainly, it is a great product when you talk about productivity, the only issue is that I was expecting a stronger grip using the MagSafe functionality, but it seems that I will need to paste the special sticker to it, which I don't like it. A little upset about that.

Besides that, it is very useful. Made with good and strong materials. The energy charge works great and the lamp is also useful.

The products are great and compact. The are definitely EDC electronics for all day. Fast shipping also and great prices!

DO NOT PURCHASE a product from this company. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and it has still not even left the country of origin. The website clearly states: "Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation." and that "Shipping normally takes 5-18 working days". It has been over a month and my item has not even departed origin country.

The customer service I have received following my complaint has been awful.

The website is full of false claims / advertising and I strongly suggest staying away from this Business.

Over 7 weeks and still no delivery or any accurate update of where my product is. Generic, non-commital responses from customer support. STAY AWAY

Repeat customer - huge fan of the Tau - I literally have 3, plus some spares for gifts! That little charger has literally saved me so many times while I am out. When I lost the battery, I used one of my spares so I had a mix'n'match TAU (green base / black battery) for awhile. Sadly my partner's Pixel 3 will not charge using it. We have tried multiple times using different TAU batteries ...
Also I really like the range of inCharge cables (XL to minis) - again my partner had a problem with the multi-option connectors and broke one off. Now he sticks to cables that are dedicated to USB C input only and is pleased those RS products. I haven't had any issues and really like the flexibility of having multiple connectors on on cable.
I do have the Edge but don't use it as much as I had hoped - my iPhoneX won't stay attached to the the mount on my note book - it just slides off unless I remove my Otterbox case (not likely). The charge pad is quite fussy about how I place my phone especially since I prefer not having to remove my case to charge. Still I like the product, even though it isn't currently working that well for me - maybe with a thinner case, newer phone??
Clean minimalist designs that work. Keep it up!

Here I've bought the mini charger cable earlier and I've decided to get the GaN travel charger to keep in my jacket.

So the charger arrived a safe three days after my two day boat cruise from Oslo and I've only tested it at home. It works very well on my tablets and phones and seems stable at 1600 mA. The charger seems to reboot itself when changing one of the cables. Guess I could go read the manual. I'm all in all happy with the charger.

My only complaint is there aren't more color options. Otherwise, it is a great product. I have replaced all my chargers with these and got several for gifts this year.
